Deep ruby color, aged for 12 months in oak barrels, aromas of coffee, ripe black cherries, with a vanilla finish. Pleasant tannins with body but without excess. It will also age very well over time.

To accompany delicate dishes such as meat empanadas, stew, roast beef or cooked cheeses such as gouda.
