Tasting : Purple color. Bouquet of red fruits. Smooth and round wine
Aging potential: 3 to 5 years
Pairing : To accompany delicate dishes such as meat empanadas, stew, roast beef or cooked cheeses such as gouda.
Serving temperature: 12-14°C
Deep ruby color, aged for 12 months in oak barrels, aromas of coffee, ripe black cherries, with a vanilla finish. Pleasant tannins with body but without excess. It will also age very well over time.
