Pale yellow colour with white gold highlights. Fresh but fairly discreet nose, essentially floral. A touch of minerality with aeration and a subtle green apple note. A wine full of lightness and finesse, dominated in the mid-palate by lively citrus fruit. The finish is fine and pleasantly textured, balanced and fruity. Good persistence for a complete and airy whole.

It goes well with fish, seafood and poultry.
