Tasting:
Pale yellow colour with white gold highlights. Fresh but rather discreet nose, essentially floral. A touch of minerality with aeration and a subtle note of green apple. A wine full of lightness and delicacy, dominated in the mid-palate by lively citrus fruit. The finish is fine and pleasantly textured, balanced and fruity. Good persistence for a complete and airy whole.
Conservation and storage: It can be kept for 5 years.
Gastronomy: Serve at a temperature of 14°C.
Accompanies fish, seafood, poultry.
