The vintage: This wine reveals all its qualities in marneux soils and is aged for 18 to 24 months in oak barrels. It is noted for its aromas of lime, apple, vine blossom and hints of hazelnut.
The winery: Vineyards cultivated in harmony with nature, manual harvesting, controlled vinification and ageing in the cellar according to tradition, all backed by experience and know-how focused on quality. ECOCERT certified since 2018. Located in the heart of the Jura, between the reculée de la Seille and Lons le Saunier, the 12-hectare Domaine Pierre Richard is a true family history since the 1900s. In 1976, Pierre Richard took over the farm to give it its current image. In 2009, he was joined by his son Vincent and daughter-in-law Emmanuelle, who emphasised their convictions and opted for organic farming under ECOCERT control to ensure the sustainability of the activity.
