Golden color, with aromas of butter, almonds, toasted bread that changes to honey flavors. Rich in the mouth and easy to drink. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

Serve at 12-13º accompanied by creamy dishes, or even spicier dishes such as chicken curry.

PREPARATION :
Responsible cultivation. Manual harvest. Total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, malolactic fermentation, regular batonnage. Aging in oak barrels, traditional cork stopper.
