Deep ruby color, and aromas of raspberry, strawberry and cherry. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels giving notes of spices and cocoa beans. Whole in the mouth, a rich and round body.

Serve at 12-14º with red meat, offal or all meats in sauce such as boeuf bourguignon or coq au vin.

Responsible cultivation. Manual harvest. Total destemming, fermentation in new oak barrels, malolactic fermentation, classic winemaking, regular batonnage. Aging in oak barrels, light filtration, traditional cork stopper.
