Destemmed harvest, carbonic maceration of the Carignan, cold pre-fermentation of the other 2 grape varieties in thermoregulated tanks.
Tasting:
Ruby colour with purple hues. Powerful and complex nose, notes of liquorice, spices and black fruits. The palate is round and ample.
