The domain:
Mas de Valériole is a family estate located in the heart of the Camargue Regional Natural Park in Provence. Founded in 1426 by the doctor of Arles, François de Valériole, it has belonged since the 1960s to the Michel family who, for six generations and from father to son, have perpetuated a know-how and a determination. The tasks are divided naturally, Jean-Paul is in charge of the large crops (rice, wheat...) and Patrick is the winegrower. Their children are already taking over. Maxime, oenologist, and Laurent and Armand dedicated to organic rice cultivation.
The harvest:
Pale pink and bright. On the nose, small acid red fruits. A delicious and fresh palate evolving towards notes of redcurrant and grapefruit.
Vé: A southern exclamation intended to attract the attention of the interlocutor.
