The first vintage of the third generation of the Vallon Noir domaine dates from 2021, with the AOP Côte de Provence appellation "origine". Developed under organic farming practices by Aurélien and Julien Dragon, it stands out for its finesse and freshness, and is more suited to gastronomy than as an aperitif. This rosé has aromas of redcurrant, citrus and herbs, with a long, fresh taste. It is ideal to accompany meals from April to October.

Description

The first vintage of the 3rd generation of winegrowers of the Vallon Noir estate is a 2021 vintage, AOP Côte de Provence: origine.

Produced in organic farming by Aurélien and Julien Dragon in their independence and taking over the family domain, it is characterised by its finesse and freshness, giving it a gastronomic rather than an aperitif orientation.

On the nose, predominance of freshness, aromas of small berries (redcurrants), citrus fruits and herbs (thyme, lavender). On the palate, good length, fresh red fruits. With a harmonious finish with very light tannins and a delicate and balanced freshness, our "origine" rosé will find its place during your meals from April to October.
