Grapes: 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache.
Vinification: Gentle maceration for 6 weeks. Syrah and Grenache vinified separately. Aged in vats for one year.
Tasting notes: Dense red, nose of liquorice, bay leaf. Complex palate, rich in garrigue essences, the liquorice is confirmed on the minty finish. A superb expression of Syrah in Pic Saint Loup.
