Description

VINEYARD

Chardonnay vineyard, worked on schist soils, these plots are managed in a reasonable and sustainable way. This is a grape variety that I particularly appreciate for its ability to show itself in different forms...

WINEMAKING

A traditional alcoholic fermentation with cold temperature control to exalt the aromas to the maximum. Followed by a second fermentation to obtain roundness and smoothness, and an ageing on its fine lees to preserve a touch of freshness during its conservation.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Citrus.

Colour: Pale gold.

Palate: Smooth and tasty attack. Wine with a complex, smooth aromatic palette and a sensation of candied fruit at the end of the mouth.

3-4 years
