VINIFICATION:
Short maceration, temperature control.
TASTING NOTES:
Garnet colour with violet reflections.
Intense nose, on black fruit, spicy notes of pepper. The palate is tasty, on the fruit with present, soft tannins and a spicy finish.
Serve at 17°C. Perfect with grilled or roasted meats, vegetable and poultry woks, or soft cheeses.
