Traditional long maceration. Fermentation at 28-30ºC.
Aging in barrels.
CATA'S NOTES :
Deep ruby color. Aromas of red fruits, spices, smoke and vanilla. Soft and unctuous attack with melting tannins.
Serve at 17-18°C with game meat or recipes with sauce.
