Soil: Clay and limestone
Yield: 50 hL/ha
Age of the strains: 25 years
Production: 40,000 bottles

Vinification:
 Grape varieties: 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Mechanical harvest, selection of the harvest by hand
Vinification: maceration for 20 to 30 days for alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel
Bottling: Storage of bottles for 12 months on the property.
