EYE: A fairly light yellow color with lemon reflections, bright and crystalline.
NOSE: Very fresh nose, with aromas of fresh citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon) aromas of white flowers (honeysuckle). It opens little by little on fleshy fruits (apple, pear).
MOUTH: Strong attack, continuous and regular freshness. Volume, and a slight bitterness reminiscent of grapefruit in the finish.
PAIRING: A champagne in volume and freshness that can be served as an aperitif but also at the table with beef and rice, white meat with cream or even poultry.
