Aging in new barrels for one year.
CATA'S NOTES :
Cherry red color. Complex and expressive nose with notes of vanilla, cocoa, red fruits, blackberries and spices. Palate with a harmonious and broad structure with soft tannins and a licorice finish.
Serve at 15-16°C with red meat, cassoulet or Salers type cheeses. To drink now and to enjoy for 10 years.
