Colour: deep ruby Grape variety: Merlot 50%, Grenache 25%, Carignan 25%. Nose: fine notes of blackcurrant and liquorice Palate: perfect balance between consistency and smoothness. Flavoursome on the palate revealing blackcurrant and blackberry. Serving temperature: 18°C Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif, with kebabs and grilled meats.
Purple color and aromas of red and black fruits (strawberries, cherries, blueberries and black currants) evolving towards notes of black pepper. Structured palate and round wine with melted tannins. Serve at 12-14º with vegetables in salad, meat tourte, chicken or stew. Also the ideal wine for lovers of fish and roast beef.
Purple color with aromas of small red and black fruits (currant, blueberry) with notes of undergrowth and mushrooms. Over time it will tend toward prune and pepper. Yellow gold color with silver reflection, aromas of acacia, lemongrass and citrus (tangerine, grapefruit). Hints of pine in the mouth and finish of fennel. A dry white wine, fresh but also fruity. Serve at 11-12º with chicken, beef in sauce or risottos. Very easy wine to accompany.
Deep ruby color, and aromas of raspberry, strawberry and cherry. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels giving notes of spices and cocoa beans. Whole in the mouth, a rich and round body. Serve at 12-14º with red meat, offal or all meats in sauce such as boeuf bourguignon or coq au vin.
